Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days of a top-up, provided the associated eSIM hasn't been heavily used. Because credit never expires, most travelers keep it for their next trip.

Contact support from the app or by email with your account details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Bonus credit is promotional and non-refundable. Fully consumed balances are not eligible for refund.
